While CPU was filming a EDP call, a couple across the street was just merely having an argument until anti-crime officers decided to prematurely jump the gun and run over there and detain the boyfriend with physical aggression, and in that process, they also pushed the alleged victim that told police that he had never hit her and that they were just having a minor argument …..despite the girl telling officers that he didn’t hit her, and the fact that no propable cause existed to detain the boyfriend after her statement, these officers cuffed him, placed him in the RMP and arrested him anyway just to collar up…#nypd #copwatch #copwatchpatrolunit
