While CPU was in the shadows filming an unlawful car stop, these anti-crime officers from PSA 5 we’re about to violate this motorist Fourth Amendment rights, the motorists back door was open until a uniformed officer from the 28th Precinct drove by and seen CPU filming in the shadows, they stopped and told Anti-Crime that we were filming there so they abandoned their target, and gave such a bogus reason, saying that his back door was way open while he was driving…REALLY?? that’s the best you can come up with?, especially when I arrived at the scene with the Sgt’s hand on the door…so you’re saying that it was 5 minutes before the police was informed that CPU was there that you just left the door open the whole time while traffic was passing by?
