PSA5 Housing Officers conducting MTA Selective Bus Service (SBS) Sweeps in East Harlem on 115 Street, 2nd Avenue…Straight up locking people up for $2:50…The MTA has their personal Security that handle these issues, and from my understanding of the agreement between the MTA and the NYPD, It was agreed that the NYPD Opted from issuing tickets for people who don’t pay the fare on the (SBS), giving the MTA Security their space when dealing with farebeaters on the Selective Bus Service…For the 3 years out in Harlem I have never seen PSA5 HOUSING OFFICERS conducting these sweeps. I had to confront the SGT about that SITUATION and he gave me bullshit excuses…
