PSA5​ Housing Officers actually stopped in the middle of the FDR to Criminalize 2 Spanish young citizens for a pin joint of marijuana…Marijuana was supposed to be decriminalized in New York City… but I guess when it comes down to People of Color these new policies don’t protect them, as you can see that these officers had also put these people in danger when they made them climb over the fence, especially when it’s clearly visible that there is a little bridge that takes them to the other side of the highway….PSA Housing Police are placed in the New York City Housing Projects in the 5 boroughs of New York City, I Guess that their Quota’s has not been met this month to cowardly Criminalize people of color on a violation that has been decriminalized here in New York….#NYPD #VisionZero #MyNYPD
