Every time there’s a shooting resulting in death in the Jefferson Housing Projects, PSA5 Officers are nowhere to be found resulting in the perp or perps getting away. I noticed that the location of all recent shootings are within these posts, and if officers where to be doing their job and be at their assigned Posts, tragedies like this will be avoided, or they would be able to catch the perps or be hot on their trail. Officers spend to much time hanging in hallways and roofs playing detective, trying to bust somebody for drinking or being in a kids park after dark, and because of that unnecessary policing, the true nature of being a real police officer looking for real crime gets clouded.
