Dispatch mentioned a goat tee, but this is a predomintely black & Hispanic community and goat tee’s are a most used style amongst people of color…
So these officers just targeted him in front of his wife & daughter and violated him and his vehicle, traumatizing his wife which cried while I was interviewing them…#nypd #copwatch
