PSA 4 officer’s continue to pull up on cars that are either dropping off their passengers, or waiting for someone to come out of their building, or waiting for parking… they stroll behind them, throw their torrent lights, then they jump out of their vehicles, and eventually have them come out of their vehicles and do a unlawful search of both them and the vehicle without probable cause, which is unconstitutional and also a violation of their fourth Amendment rights, and a violation of the NYPD Patrol guide…CPU will continue to monitor this area…CPU have received many emails from people in this community about these same Acts, that while they’re trying to park their vehicles the NYPD are constantly harassing them and searching them, so CPU will stay in this area until this matter completely stops, and all of the other on foot harassments. #NYPD
