4. Mayor Garcetti is offering payment to people who rat out anyone operating their business in LA while ignoring the health and safety guidelines. Every time an officer is seen without proper PPE, a call should be made to the hotline, (as officers are agents of the municipality, county, or state, all of which are incorporated entities) and the callers should be paid for their snitching; as Garcetti stated, snitches get rewarded.

19. Beliefs about the virus aside the fact remain certain towns, Riverside is one of them, has threatened 1000 dollar fines yet the ones tasked with the responsibility of upholding that directive can ignore it completely.

    You should be used to it though as a pandemic is no different than any other situation where the police can flagrantly ignore or participate in law abidance at will.

22. Laura, are you concerned about public safety regarding the use of a mask or are you just illustrating that the officers don't follow the rules set forth from the Government? The reason I ask is I'm totally with you if you are focusing on the rules set forth from the Government that seeks to rule over us but if it's due to public health concerns, this is where you lose me. Masks do absolutely nothing to prevent the spread of viruses for two very distinct reasons. First, Medical Science has never proven or even seen that viruses can be transmitted person to person so the mask is doing nothing other than restricting oxygen intake by up to 30% depending upon the type of mask and at the same time increasing the amount of carbon dioxide being breathed in. Secondly, if viruses were able to be transmitted person to person, a mask wouldn't help as the pours on an N95 mask are 300nm in size and the size of a virus molecule is around 20nm. Love you but please stop being afraid, turn off your Fear Porn TV and watch and listen to Doctors Andrew Kaufman, Shiva Ayyadurai and many, many more on YouTube. Take care.
