  1. What a petty little tyrant that park janitor is. What's his malfunction? Is he like 5 feet tall? Erectile dysfunction? Did he want to be a cop, a soldier, or FBI, but couldn't pass a mental evaluation? He's taking his pretend authority way, way too seriously.

  3. Do we know the statute for which he was ticketed? I've researched for 30 minutes and can't find it. A lot of parks and designations are site specific, and Canaveral National Seashore (from what I've read)doesn't specifically state that you must maintain your vehicle on roadways at all times.

  5. Yes business like Walmart and Best Buy are famous for using local police as intimidation and harassment especially Best Buy is the worst at it.

  6. so the thiung about federal land is that federal laws… and protection apply. There is a federal lawsuit here over park closing time.

  15. The tyrant attempting to use Title 36 CFR Part 1 Chapter 4 Sec 4,10(a) Operating a motor vehicle is prohibited except on park roads, in parking areas and on routes and areas designated for off-road motor vehicle use. Also no clarification in Parts 1 and 2.
