We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  9. 13:36 that guy is right the mask doesn't protect him, the mask is protecting all the other people in the lobby and keeping his aerosouls in his mask but it doesnt keep them out that good. that's why the maks on in that room didnt do any good in there if you would've had covid-19. so the slomo on him telling it doesn't wasn't needed.   11. What people forget is almost all business film you, even when you walk down any shopping precinct street, street cameras film you. I bet the US post is filming all those people, but people accept that as they are mounted on the ceiling and walls. But that is normalised. A person walks in with a camera that is not a phone and people freak out!

I believe you're the best auditor out there. You lose me a little on the mask thing. I know I'm not obligated to wear them and I don't like them but I wear one as a simple courtesy to others. Satisfied as you've said it's my choice. Your stance on the constitution 100% outweighs our different opinion on masks. What amazes me is your ability to dress down/scold someone for up to an hour (specific video in mind) without hardly a pause in thought. My grandmother would have said "my God that man was vaccinated with a Victrola needle". My terminology gives away how ancient I am, lol.

  25. I think the female cop was hitting on Ben. First she says "is that a gun in your pocket"? and then she says "you look familiar". Things today are so crazy. As a joke (to the "is that a gun in your pocket" question) if Ben said yes, they would have jumped him, cuffed him and taken him away. If he said no, I'm just happy to see you, they would have jumped him, cuffed him and taken him away.
    The 80's were a much better and more relaxed time. R.I.P 80's, we miss you.

You say “stand up for what you believe in” and yet if someone asks you what your doing you say “I’ll choose to answer or not to answer” if you don’t answer then it’s not helping. Even if they ask in a mean tone still tell them what your doing. They may be upset or worried about the unknown so just tell them what’s going on instead of increasing their worry by saying “go on with your business “
