3. I am so sick of seeing that thin blue line. It is to the point that when I see it I get on the defence. I no longer see the police as an open association of law enforcement officer. I see them as a gang and the thin blue line is their sign . Just like anyother street gang, you see that thin blue sign everywhere.

15. Fun fact about flags.

    In Denmark the traditional way of getting rid of a danish flag is to burn it, so we have legislation against burning all nations flags but our own. It's not illegal to dispose a danish flag in a different way, but everyone knows you are supposed to burn it.

    When we had the Mohamed drawing crises we were watching the news and nodding, yes – that's how you do it, to all the flag burning they did in the middle east. The joke was on them 🙂

    They should have been burning newspapers anyways since the only "crime" of Denmark was to uphold the right to free speech. Very strange but dangerous idea to have the government go tell a newspaper what to write. Granted the government could have handled it more elegantly in there diplomacy (they refused to even meet ambassadors with an agenda questioning free speech).
