1. Cops are always looking for a way to jack you up. Doesn’t matter what the charges are you’re taken a ride. The cops have won again knowing the charges will be dropped.

2. The bottom line is, the cops just can't control themselves. They apparently become possessed by evil spirits when they hit the streets, and they have to get a death or two. It's completely beyond their control.
