  8. Trespass to property also includes causing by action, or inaction, an object or other material thing or things to enter a property. If your pool leaks and water floods onto their land and floods their basement that is a trespass to property. Inserting your camera through their fence line could amount to trespass at 1:15 however that is a civil matter, not a criminal matter. Trespass is a tort unless your jurisdiction has some form of wacky criminal trespass in which case you'd have to look that up. But that usually surrounds break and enter sub elements of crimes acts, and involves more than just poking your arm through a fence. I've never practiced law in your jurisdiction though so I've no idea how crazy your laws are there.

How can so many people be so overweight, oh I know, it is because their mouths are so wide open for donuts, talking shit all day. As a grown men and women how they look at themselves in the mirror is so disheartening. Never judge a book by its cover but standards so low in policing…stay safe❤️🙏🏻
