I know the person on phone claimed its okay to shine a light at officers, DO NOT DO THIS, that was incorrect by the person on the phone and officers can and will arrest you for such actions, so PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS… obviously the guy on the phone is trying to defend and justify their actions without acknowledging the guilt they intentionally by their actions violated the rights of the individuals, so don't take any advice from the guy on the phone, you'll get in trouble for his lies…

22. The individual is incorrect… Constitutional rights trump law enforcement's desire to identify people by shining flashlights in their faces, and thus shining a flashlight in a videographer's face impedes on the videogrpaher's Constitutional right to record and is illegal.
