What I still and never will understand is hiring people to do administrative duties, then charging more for them to release public records when the administrative dues have been paid via tax dollars. That seems double taxed… seems american government forgot why we had a revolution… taxation without remorse or representation. To which harbor do we dump the tea now?
There is no logical reason to charge for documents that are already paid for.

it costs them that much to click and drag to the usb. the staff worked for those 2 seconds at $156,600/hr. a normal rate.

what happened on dunlawton bridge last night approx. 2145….they had it all taped off, and they were with a guy when i went over to dryside. when i came back bchside one of the cops looked disturbed crying, and the ambulance was hauling up there and couldn't see the guy any more

It's BS that we have to pay for our videos. And it's even worse that they can redact the video. All dashcam and bodycam should be in a database with access to anyone free. Also, it should be a federal charge any time they tamper with the video. Those cameras shouldn't even have off or mute buttons.
Hasn't the video already been released and redacted? Are they charging for work already done and paid for? You should FOIA how many times the video has been released.
