6. I too came in this late, just today 04/03/21. Rummaging through the comments, it's apparent that there was no legal action invoked. I agree with every comment in here that states this was a waste of time for us in the end. He may not have volunteered his ID, but he did cave in when it came to holding them responsible. And sad to say, I now unsubscribed because this was not the first time that he didn't follow through with his threats. His credibility has greatly diminished in my humble opinion. I may even need to search his pockets just to prove that he is James Freeman.

I'm starting to think that these confrontations are fabricated to the point where the police know about these audits, but when they see auditors, like yourself, who do nothing to their colleges who have violated your rights, they just do it anyway because no comebacks. The more the law becomes aware of the auditors they will change laws and make new ones that could shutdown your operations totally.
