10. This is ridiculous. I've never had a cop honk, WTF, they usually get on the PA, if it's a bad spot he pulled over at. I'd of had that 🐷 on the stand & asked him, what did him honking suppose to mean???? And then ask him why he didn't use the PA system. It was very confusing.

12. The Officer's recollection of events and estimation of the suspects intent becomes increasingly more intense. Even though the arrested had no priors and exhibited no hostility even after this crazy stop. Sniff seems reasonable.

25. That teenager wasn't running from the police. In my opinion every one of those officers should be arrested for false arrest and held financially responsible for the teens legal cost and damages while serving time in prison.

26. Was the officer that ran in to him charged with vehicular assualt? There was no need to ram a stopped vehicle. Definite felony committed, officer needs fired and jail time.

28. I've been a deputy sheriff for over 19 years and this is clown shoes. Ticket for the speeding and move on with your day. If I need someone to move their vehicle on a traffic stop I walk up to the window and ask them to move the vehicle. I explain why I want the vehicle moved and where they should move it to. For example can you move your vehicle to a parking lot since there are no shoulders on this street.
