As someone who's been in a wheelchair for half his life, It made my brain hurt to watch these two idiots try and fold up a wheelchair.
My experience has been that cops are not required to pass a driving test to be a cop – if you almost get through high school and like beating people up you’re in.

This is why they need 85 acres down near Atlanta for their training center. They could have gotten by with 15 to 20 acres for normal parking if it were you or I, but in order to do their (lines what lines we don't need no stinkin' lines) half-ass attempt at parking then it's free for all time. I've got a Ford Ranger so whenever I see an idiot park like that I will pull in straight and not back in like I normally do. that way it puts my passenger door on their drivers door. Last time I did that I told the woman who parked similar to officer Dimlylit you must be new at this parking game. Her response (without looking at me) was – I was in a hurry. Just Sayin'.
