  12. The PD’s incident report says the shooter ‘trained at WestPoint’ (so a Ring Knicker?!?), and then was an ‘officer in Special Forces’…with 2 Afghanistan deployments…but never saw combat. A Green Beret who went to The ‘Stan 2x and saw zero combat?!? Wanna be someone padded their resume…???
