I think poor driving skills is one of the prerequisites to be a police officer. Along with anger issues, habitual lying, delusions of grandeur, lack of firearm safety and shooting ability, and general contempt of other humans.

When I don't have a gimbal I use an old truck driver coffee drinking technique; hold your elbow up level with or above your camera. This effectively turns your arm into a gimbal.

Ricky caught a sheriff involved accident this week. If it weren't for cops, there'd be no crime.
All cops should be required to have their own liability insurance paid by them and end the police unions.

I GUESS QUALIFIED IMMUNITY (TAX PAYERS) PAYS FOR THE WRECKED COP CAR SO THE RECKLESS COP DON'T HAVE TO PAY TO FIX IT.
