1. I agree with the cop that he should have had a license insurance in and registration but he could have the car towed somewhere and he could have just got in that car again and drove it without anything

2. This is an excellent video – people need to know what rights they have and how to express to law enforcement that they want to assert them. They just searched the car to see if there was something else that they could charge. Bottom line is the cops really just didn’t like their looks and the way these guys were talking. This is a great example of what institutional racism looks like in the world for people on the receiving end.

9. I totally agree with your stance on this. Now these two guys will hate cops from now on just from this experience. The cops had a chance to be compassionate and be the good guys but decided against it. And cops wonder why things are like they are. It's a shame.

12. You may enforce the 1st and your second amendment rights but it is clearly obvious you are ignorant when it comes to other freedoms and liberties.

    I don't see it as crime victimless or otherwise on the travelers part it is what's the difference between a traveler versus a driver and the laws the cops are enforcing which are in fact for commercial vehicles and drivers and not travelers. As far as I am concern this is a constitutional violation of the right to travel. Look it up the supreme court has ruled on these matters. The freedom to travel throughout the United States has long been recognized as a basic right under the Constitution." Shapiro v. Thompson, 394 U.S. 618 (1969)

    Furthermore, in my opinion, the 5th and 14th amendment has been violated where it is written: "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." 

    More than likely these people will not be able to come up with the money to get their car back, therefore, they should be compensated.

    if you ever get a chance, listen to Fresno California Police Scanner on the internet. They pull people over, and over, and over ALL DAY LONG. You here peoples Full Names, California ID numbers, Social Security numbers, License Plate numbers, and Addresses on the Police scanner.
