This incident happened on April 11, 2017…NYPD Prohibits officers from chasing bikers on the city streets to preserve the safety of the community and the driver, however, it is seen here that #NYPD Plainclothes Officers used their unmarked vehicle to hit the ATV, throwing the driver off the ATV and flying high in the air, almost causing his death over a minor traffic violation……
