Officers are trained to deal with situations, especially agitated people….It is expected for any person to be upset, especially dealing with the NYPD when they target people for minor bullshit, which recently Anti-Crime plainclothes officers have been targeting quality of life violations issues on the street, and not doing what there Job Description tells them to do. In this case, they guy was just upset, like any ordinary person would feel when dealing with over zealous cops, this Officer decided to assault this guy, but got knocked on his ass in the process…..
