This man was clearly not resisting, what you do hear is the man crying out for help against over 15 #NYPD Officers pounding on top of him which was very excessive….Why so many officers on 1 man? Why the heavy response? Why was this man crying for help? this shows the limits officers will go to try to abuse citizens who are fully complying with the officers, the only reason why this man was moving because of the abuse he was enduring while being arrested by these officers.
