Earlier today on 125 Street Police responded to a call that a cellphone was stolen from somebody & when police arrived, plainclothes officers from the 25, 28, & Transit District 4 had beat this kid up while Arresting him down in the Subway, if you look real closely, you will see a little blood from the assault they gave this guy while apprehending him…I spoke to a witness which he stated on Video to me that he seen the assault. Regardless of the situation and what the guy did, there was no need to assault this individual, but just place the cuffs on him and take him in, but instead they decided to get a few blows in.
