It is Violation Of State Law for anyone to enter a buisness without a mask in New York City…..These 3 #NYPD Detective Bureau Officers were inside drinking coffee at a Starbucks at Times Square, the establishment was full of people, and these officers were inside without their required mask, putting civilians lives in risk of contracting Covid-19, where it has been reported that 80% of active NYPD personnel has been infected by the virus.
THIS IS RECKLESS.
