These officers are supposed to be constantly alert for terrorist activity, but instead, they are on their personal phones checking out Female profiles….Right now these Officers are putting innocent lives in danger dropping the ball like that, keeping their eyes away and distracted from all threats….Tourism pours millions of dollars a day in revenue for the City Of New York, and the NYPD doesn’t give 2 shits about their lives
