When you have 10 NYPD Officers restraining 1 guy, there should be no reason why any officer should be punching the emotionally disturbed person in the face, when there is enough officers on scene to detain him….NYPD Officers who assault civilians when there is no need for the assault should be fired from the NYPD…..To assault people without just cause is irresponsible and a danger to the public. #nypd
