Let me explain how this happens, how the #NYPD are slowly locking up the homeless on 125th Street….First of all, there is a homeless shelter for the Mentally Ill on 124th street, so officers write Summonses to them for minor bullshit because they know within a months time these summonses wind up turning into warrants because of the inability to pay…So these same officers come around a month in a half later, and without propable cause they approach these same Homeless people and check them for warrants without committing any infraction of the law, in the hopes that thier summonses turned into warrants to receive their collar for the month…In this video you will see officers approaching the homeless without just cause to unlawfully run a warrant check, and as you can see that the only ones being Targeted are the Mentally Ill that cannot defend themselves…The NYPD “HOMELESS OUTREACH UNIT” is a fuckin scam to Target the homeless in #Harlem….WE ARE WATCHING THIS UNIT AND ARE DOCUMENTING EVERY MOVE THEY MAKE
