Officers everyday write Summonses to unsuspecting Motorists for illegal tints without measuring the tint with the Departments “Window Tint Meter” as per #NYPD Regulations….This is called building up thier Quota…It is just an assumption, without the meter, to say that a driver’s tints are to dark and illegal to give them propable cause to issue a summons for thier tints… Luckly, this Motorist was filming his interaction with this Quota Thirsty officer, and I am 100% sure that the illegal summons will be thrown out.
