Do to the stress of his job putting his life on the line every day and being over worked because police don’t have enough funding he did the public a favor by pulling over in an exhausted state of being because he worked his self almost to death for you and went to sleep therefore protecting the public as his job requires. I would have been hit with all kinds of life changing charges, then I'd have to go and tell all of my neighbors that I am a convicted sexual creep ( because of the pants being down to the knees).
