   Since it was the tail end of a holiday week where everything regarding the courts were closed an arrest would have likely resulted in an entire weekend spent in a Dothan, Alabama jail.

   Since I was on my lunch break an arrest would have resulted in me getting fired from my job that I’ve had since 1995 (25+ years).

   So I elected to go home that day, eat left over thanksgiving dinner with my family and sleep in my own bed with my cozy wife."
