Florida cops will never relinquish their brain dead interpretation of Open Carry laws. They know the Judicial Systems will delay and work at a snail's pace to discourage anyone from Civil Litigation against these pharaoh pegs.
Its great that those FWC agents are nice guys… However FWC is one of the most unconstitutional agencies we have in government… When you pay them for permission to fish, you some how sign away your 4th amendment rights… Why should I have to pay them money, and sign away my rights, for their permission to teach my kids how to feed themselves?
