Their court clerk who keep making false police calls and reports is Susan Rosignoll. The court clerk that refuses to fill records requests dipite swearing that he did on a sworn affidavite under penalty of perjury is Jason Jones. This court has made absolutely NO ATTEMPTS to change their unlawful behavior over the last few years dispite being told by every single law enforcement agency in the state that they are out of line. They appear to genuinely believe that they do not have to obey the law, and that they should be allowed to threaten, bully, and intimidate anyone that exercises their rights. The attorney defending their unlawful actions and regularly trying to threaten and intimidate anyone who exercises their rights in relation to this court’s corruption is Jade Delfin.
Nathan Dial is the Mayor of Estancia and regularly stands up to corruption on all levels in New Mexico. The Estancia police department and the deputies at Torrance County Sheriffs office work hard to uphold the law and individual rights, dispite the fact that their leader David Frazee is a crooked politician. Torrance county deputies don’t work to defend law and liberty because of their sheriff, but in spite of him.

Why does the chief say he didn't hire the other guy, the state did. Well last time I checked no one is above the law. Not the state and not that security guard. Even the federal government employees cannot break the law. They can't just do their own thing. The mayor was there to enforce the law the security was breaking. Brother you by far have the best channel I have ever watched on YouTube. I can't thank you enough for the work you are doing. It is obvious that you are motivated by stopping endless corruption. I am running for mayor in my city because I am also fed up with corruption. Thank you for your service and educational videos.
I am shocked and speechless.
So why not save up the money and build a new building for the sheriff department and the D.A. and anyone else in the building, exclude the courts all together, it will be a smaller building so cost will be less to run it and since the current building is county owned charge the courts rent (depending on size of the building $10 K a month or so) to use it and they pay any building incurred expenses. Have any service changed over to the courts name so they pay all cost to run the building. No more issues with the courts trying to run county buildings. Since it is a known fact that woman and guard are troublemakers have them trespassed from the new building. James, do an update on this and get the woman on video so we can all see who the stupid corrupt woman is that is trying to get people killed.
