we were at like 106th and vermont, saw lights, assumed it was the sheriff or LAPD but no, Manhattan Beach well outside their coverage area. Then we see a group of plain clothed cops with a family (adults and little kids) outside at 2am. They retreated inside then we hear all the cars double parked doors locking. They all left soon after….they couldnt understand how we found them since they are encrypted…
