7. The sheriff should be charged with a felony. He made a false report, his multiple attempts to escalate the response alone, should escalate THE CHARGES to felony. Just remember, sheriffs are actually overtop of local police and are Constitutional officers. Only the voters or governor can remove them from office. There is NO EXCUSE for this pathetic BABY to still ne in office. The paper carrier is so lucky that he wasn't assassinated that morning. Troyer did EVERYTHING he could to make that happen. All of the lies to escalate the response would almost have guaranteed that outcome. Given the events that have played out over and over and over again in this country regarding African Americans, men/boys, in particular, Troyer KNEW the chances of this paper carrier to EVER get to tell the true story were slim and none. Troyer would then be the "poor hunted blue line guy that was hinted, attacked by a black man bent on revenge against cops". THAT is exactly how this shit would have played out if Troyer had been successful. THAT would have been the narrative put out by the blue line copaganda specialists. Troyer LEFT the safety of his home because he saw headlights. He followed Cedric. He laid the pieces on the chessboard just like he intended. He laid the groundwork with the dispatcher..with all of the lies about Cedric. This blue line swine should be charged with attempted murder, attempted felonious assault. There must be SOMETHING like that in the law books. If there isn't…WE NEED TO PASS A LAW TO COVER THIS TYPE OF KLAN KRAP. For all of the pigment challenged folks in this comment section that want to say "race wasn't mentioned, race had nothing to do with this"….I call BULLSHIT. I am pigment challenged and I promise you, if it were a pigment challenged guy out delivering papers, there wouldn't have been a call to dispatch. Troyer probably would have gone on to bed and never left his house. Fess up folks…we (caucasian people) don't have to mention race for it to be a factor. We are not stupid….and neither are people of color. They can see right through this crap..and so can we.
   The responding officers kept asking Cedric the same questions, kept looking in his car, etc because they were hoping he would slip up. They may have done a great job diffusing the situation..at least the one that had the most interaction with Cedric. He seemed to put two and two together rather quickly and knew what a clusterfuck that Troyer had dragged them into. Cedric handled this BEAUTIFULLY. He knew when to answer questions to dispel suspicion but not give them anything honest to try to twist to fit their narrative. I hope Cedric wins his federal lawsuit. He deserves to win. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Cedric is right and Baby Troyer is WRONG!

12. It's bad enough that he has told numerous lies but he's THE SHERIFF and doesn't even know you to make a report on what is happening. Things like the location and vehicle license, color, make, model of the car, and description of the person are the first things 911/dispatch needs to know so they know where to send help and what to look for. He sounds like a civilian that really doesn't know what is going on. If he doesn't even know the basics how is he supposed to hold his department accountable to know them?

    The responding officer kept trying to "justify" the response long after they confirmed that he is who he said he is and doing what he said he was doing. Why was he still being detained after they verified everything and the sheriff stated that he didn't threaten him?

We need to see bodycam or dashcam footage every single day of a cop or a judge being arrested and or cited. Until we do, they are all dirty. We can give the 12 Officers who make the 12 total arrests each year a free ride. There are 700,000 cops. For every 700,000 citizens there would be over 21,000 arrests each year/12 cops arrested for the same number of people. Millions of citations. We all see cops breaking traffic laws every day, there should be hundreds of citations a day being issued by cops to cops. With all the egos and handguns these "peace officers" are laden with, I would expect to see them 'HAVE' to shoot a few unfortunately. According to known statistics, if we just saw the cops arrested that are guilty of spousal abuse it would be in excess of 200,000 arrests first year. Forget about the rest of their criminal activity, murder, civil rights violations and just pure abuse and thuggery.
