Former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger is on trial for murder after she fatally shot Botham Shem Jean on September 6, 2018.
Guyger was off duty but still in uniform when she went into Jean’s apartment at South Side Flats. She told investigators she believed she was walking into her own apartment and shot Jean believing he was an intruder.

This is a weird case, what else the police department hiding in here,? she enter on the apartment on a unlock door ? she wears police uniform , a she was off the clock with her regulatory service weapon? now she being tested for drugs or alcohol after the shooting [killing]?. all the furniture and set up is identical to her real apartment that she wont realize the wrong apartment? This elaborate story makes no sense at all, they tried to cover the story like it had accidentally entered the wrong apartment and kill a man , they tried to make like this is not a homicide it was a accident ?. they tried to make a case of a officer that her work is very stressful that she is going home and
found a stranger male in her home a shoot him, really ? LIFE IN JAIL is right but I will going even one step forward to investigate the whole police department.

What true evidence was reported on when this story first broke on MSM? She just worked a very long shift, went to wrong floor ,she had no dispute with this gentleman no connection past or present,puts her key card inn but door was ajar or swung open,then thinking it was her home saw an intruder, in my opinion this should not be conveyed as a racially motivated crime which MSM is doing to the public once again to divide us.yes when given correct info this is a conceivable and unfotunate accident,with that being said she did take a person's Life and should be punished accordingly. She NEVER should have been a cop in the first place.
Even if she thought it was her house she should still be charged with involuntary manslaughter at the very least. Any of us probably would be.

This case is so bothersome. How could somebody be so careless to not notice a red mat that is not theirs? Sounds like she was in a horndog trance so preoccupied sexting or whatever with her married coworker..geez. And why not fly back out of the door and call for backup? I have to wonder if she really ask him to put his hands up after she jolted out of her trance. After all, she just walked in a mere second or two or so. Could've abruptly left. and called for help. Tragic for the victim.

I've been watching WFAA Live stream each morning. Way better than CourtTV. Seems like she was obviously in the wrong place at the wrong time. She murdered this man. Kudos for DA upgrading from manslaughter to murder.
