2nd…Over $100M of federal and state money is sitting waiting to help but the local officials haven't tried to get it because they enjoy the publicity and they want the money given to them without having to provide documentation on how it is spent…..

I used to fly Southwest Airline every year from Sacramento to Chicago and I thought it was pretty reasonable. Horrible airline but good prices. Chicago is notoriously corrupt. Late 1970's I knew a retired Chicago cop that when drunk would brag about taking black kids out in the boonies and beating them to death. Around 2005 my friend in Chicago's neighbor was a Chicago cop. He murdered his wife and got away with it. I had aChicago cop run toward me screaming "I'm going to break your f***ing camera!" I laughed at him, and told my friend to keep filming because I was going to let him break my camera. Then I remember I had a doobie in my pocket, which is prison time in Illinois. I quit laughing, but kept filming and backing up. I think the only thing that saved my butt was it was Blues Festival time so there were hundreds of witnesses. Another of my friends neighbors was part of the Chicago Cyber Crime division. I hacked his wifi just to prove he wasn't as computer smart as he though he was. Ahh, good times :>
