  1. Here we go again! All in the name of marijuana.. They're trying to seize his property through civil assets forfeiture drug laws. The War on drugs must end.

  2. If black Vin Diesel was white they would of just drove by and waved. He just stood on his porch where he was raised. Probably same thing happened to his parents on that property and that officers parents over there discriminating. It won't ever stop. If anything its getting worse, it's just more easily seen by everyone with bwc now.

  3. Retarded cops should be removed , No right to make anyone "go inside" or make an arrest while they trespassed on the man property

  4. Yeah, it’s kind of odd that the police officer believes that someone has to plant cannabis. Birds eat seed and then they later drop seeds. That’s why they call it landrace cannabis. Hope the officer loses his qualified immunity and has his rights violated just like he has done. Unfortunately the Union and the other officers will defend him. The Civil rights lawyer John is awesome.

  5. Do you think that the people that are paid to enforce the law are ever going to take the time to actually learn the fucking law?!?🤷‍♂️ not until qualified immunity is a thing of the past

  6. Saw a glimpse of the Civil Rights lawer😂. cops probably planted them, let them grow and blamed the property owners to get them to leave

  7. NAME: 4th amendment violation. DOB trespassing on my property. – for being near a crime. great job officer. ever heard of a warrant, or a mans home? stimpy you idiot…

  8. Why do we hate cops? Departments that allow this are the big problem and will do NOTHING to tyrants like this. He proved to the woman she had a right to be fearful.

  9. And… how does it make sense that the cop says the plants are NEAR his property. Is that the way we are doing things these days? I was taught almost only counts in horseshoes and hand granades not almost breaking the law 😳

  10. Always tough trying to choose the best way to interact when burden to society thieves trespass on your property…some say just comply and pay the taxations and they will leave…others say hide or flee…most important in any situation is to have your own personal protection cameras loaded and filming. Most important thing said during the whole interaction was the remark from the woman about the "season" we are in. Pig are terrible terrible people, never ever call police for any reason.
