  1. The problem is that they'll make up a crime in order to arrest you. Whether it's disorderly conduct or interfering. Without any repercussion when/if charges get dropped. They prove it daily to us in these videos. If they would have upheld their oath to the Constitution "this never would've happened" "they chose this" ⚖️

  2. The fat, diabetic lieutenant is dangerous. I'm sure he's retired now, but if not he needs to be demoted and forced retired. No more Uvalde-grade cops.

  3. Once again not one thin blue jackass has the backbone to stop an illegal arrest. I'm starting to get sick of the term "in these times". Come on really? Do you think things ran smoothly in ancient Rome or at any time since then? They say that because they've never seen anything harsher than a grounding from their Mom and it shows because they act like children throwing a tantrum.

  4. I think pd's hire the smooothest brained individuals they can find. Eight years later and it is getting worse. ACAB

  5. Just like in u.k.

Those p%$$Y cops ARE STUCK BETWEEN ABIDING BY THE LAW AND SUPPORTING ILLEGALS. IF SHTF..
WELL THAT PUTS THEM RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. WHERE NONE OF US WANT TO BE. BUT ITS THEYRE CHOICE.
    (these platforms too).

  6. This is another case of cops trying to turn a constitutional protected activity into a crime and shows just want they really think about the constitution and their oath to uphold and protect it. In truth cops do everything they can to destroy the constitution rip it up and throw it in the trash and arrest and charge anyone who dares to exercise their rights. Across America it's the same, there is only one thing that cops hate more than the constitution and that's the people who know and exercise their rights and if you don't believe me and what I say is true, get out there yourself and try exercising any of the first 5 of your constitutional rights and see what happens when you get confronted by a tyrant thug cop, especially if you are exercising your 2nd amendment right to bear arms but the top 4 of your rights that they hate the most are the 1st 2nd 4th and 5th. If you want to see a cop go ballistic try exercising any of these 4 rights and see what happens

  7. Maybe Mr. Valentine should try to being a subcontractor for his content which in a form be beneficial to himself and police . Why do people like him just want to continue to stir up a hornets nest creating a reputation among police departments ? That reputation will get around causing a negative purpose . Mr. Valentine's asperation to be a free lance auditor hopeful you-tube star getting his 15 minutes of not so glamorous walk with shame and fame as he is arrested is really the objective ? Or a substitute for thrill to cause escalation by police in association closer to Domestic Terrorism Tyrant activity as police and Mr. Valentine himself ? Continued stirring up a hornets nest , the hornets will just get angrier . Is this really contributing to society in positive productive way of sound mind and morals ? Sound mind and morals would ultimately be the essence and should be the goal. The objective is the stepping stone to that reality .

  8. They always leave out “…of a crime.” When reciting Terry…. They really are so dumb that they think reasonable suspicion means the person is reasonably suspicious… not what it really means, Reasonable suspicion OF A CRIME.

  9. Someone asked me how I could take them to federal court saying that it would have to be in the county court where they violated my rights. No, the constitution is a federal document and the charge is depravation of rights under color of law and would be a federal crime thus the federal court and federal judge. Local police departments and local Judges usually work hand in hand and it's very hard to get a ruling against the police, but it's a little different with a federal judge, they don't work to much with the police and are mostly not in their pockets and will rule against a cop just the same as anyone else

  10. These plods are talking gobble-de-gook. That’s another way of saying twaddle in the UK. Or making up lies to justify their illegal actions. 😮

  11. Why am I not seeing anything on the news about all these attacks on police buildings happening in this day and age. It's a restricted access brick building full of guns and people who know how to use them, for fuck sake

  12. Sue them, That loud mouth officer needs to be dismissed, as well as the commissioner who failed to train them properly. They are nothing but armed thugs employed by the Government to abuse the rights of law abiding citizens.

  13. You say that their department still stands behind their little piggies saying that they did nothing wrong?? That's to avoid accountability and to keep from being sued. Why didn't the man file charges are a federal lawsuit and let a federal judge make the decision

  14. But he has the CONSTITUTIONAL right to not do any of the things stated in this video – He committed no crime – this was an unlawful arrest

  15. It’s a never ending story dumb cops that abuse their authority and acting like tyrants. Is it not possible to put it on national television so that everyone knows in America that filming in public is okay and suspicious or illegal. All that problems that cops make it cost so much money it’s needs to be stopped.

  16. The problem with using "this day and time" as an excuse for anything, is that its applicable at any date and time. Those thugs need to lose their jobs.

  17. Only a federal lawsuit can possibly strip the qualified immunity..no local court will..and likely no state court would..Only federal court would..and its still a gamble! As a Canadian even I know the constitution in the USA is just a paper with no teeth anymore.

  18. I hate the this day and age comment because it isn't as if things have just now got bad like the Oklahoma City bombing didn't happen in the 90s or 9/11 didn't happen in 2001 or the Virginia tech shooting didn't have it in the mid 2010s
