SORRY FOR THE SHAKY START, ITS ONLY TO HEAR THE ORIGINAL DISPATCH INFO- I chased the police, chasing this car…..so I was there as close to the beginning as possible….I stayed back the first time, when he said “this a tactical issue”, but once I heard “clear” and especially when i heard “code 4” I wanted to get closer….but this officer hadn’t got the “memo” yet…..NEXT video is what happens after he tells me “no”…….Please thumbs up, share and subscribe

  5. That cop is just being the typical dick!!! He knows it's clear but he continues to enforce his will regardless. Nice job informing him that you are aware of the danger but it's no longer your concern. Stay Safe!!
