I need people to understand- even if you “have nothing to hide” you have rights and privileges that are very important to exercise- no matter if you think you have nothing to hide- you leave yourself open to false accusation and unlawful arrest. Cops get away with violating peoples rights all the time- because most people either don’t understand their rights, or are too intimidated by the police to freely exercise their rights.

    that body cam of his wasnt even on.
    and this man needs to file a complaint for an illegal search. but they know he wont, or they know he cant afford a lawyer.
    LAPD wiping their asses with our rights.

  7. first and foremost that body cam it's not even the Hun there's no green light on Maybe I'm Wrong maybe it might be a red light but the reason why doesn't because Chinese made. he's just telling you he has it but basically it's not even on

  9. Stating the obvious I know but his body cam was not on. Like you said; there's a little red light on the face of it when it is on.

  10. What is it with American police and their obsession with handcuffing anything with a pulse, no wonder so many people get hammered with a resisting charge alone. It's frankly disgusting and a total violation. 😐

  11. Why does he put the stuff in the guy's pockets? He shouldn't have been cuffed. That's bs. I definitely think they're upset you messed up their bust!
