   Let me explain this one to you officer. There are officers out there that believe they are above the common man. They believe that the natural order of life is they say jump and you ask how high. From a psychological standpoint they always have to have the last word and they have to end encounters with a sense that "they won." During an encounter with the public an officer (according to your policy book) is required to ID themselves. The public however does not share that responsibility. Sometimes we as for ID because we want to file a complaint. Sometimes we ask for ID simply because the officer is obliged to give it to us upon request. The reason the officer doesn't ID is because doing so would infer that the public has some sort of power of them and they just can't acknowledge that.

9. Unsafe officer traffic stop, curb, cuffing, back seat, alone. Was this violator unlicensed? He waited for other man to arrive while passenger sat on curb? "Dont be filming me I dont know what that is ok."

The entire problem I have with your video is that you want the police to identify themselves and you complain when they don’t citing transparency but when you’re asked, you don’t want to identity yourself. Transparency works both ways. Don’t use the excuse he’s a police officer or some policy. Have the backbone to let him:her know where the knife in the back is coming from!!

15. Where do your ladies find all these utterly stupid idiotic officers? If a police officer does not follow their policy, is he really an officer or is he posing as an officer. Refusing to identify yourself or another officer is against policy, file a complaint you have the info, and also complain that that officer didn’t perform his duty by releasing public information. State policy says, so there for, individual stations need to identify. Tell him put the name the number in the computer, date and license plate number. Every other person driving is required to fill out a check list on a vehicle. Mileage, gas level tire check light checks (all) and then sign that form. Then mileage can be matched to verify that person isn’t going on road trips, when matched with the next person filming vehicle check report.

    Write down the officers who were “acting stupid”. After third time you have requested info from the same officer now the tables and game changes towards him. It’s all a ladder.
