  1. Watch out guys?? Like really? If you weren't there what would they have done? They should behave the same way whether you are there or not. Shame on that cop. Makes me wonder if there are any real honest cops in this country. Have you ever watched the movie Serpico? It's a true story. Serpico is the name of a NY cop. He was a good honest cop. He blew the whistle on some cops that were on the take. If you haven't seen the movie watch it. It's an old movie but I think you would like it.

  2. Prior to shining the light in your face he literally turned his head at least 5 times, away from the "investigation". Dangerous!!!

  3. avery usa citizen should request a copy of the your video court proceedings and did you now that courts judges tell the secretary stop typing all judges are crooks

  4. what disturbs me most about stops like this, this is how innocent people end up in jails and prisons… the cops "catch" someone they think is the suspect, they then take this person over to be ID'd by the victim… psychologically, we know people are MORE likely to say that is the person, even when they are not, when there is only one person the police have in cuffs, before them… so despite the person being innocent, the statistical odds of them being ID'd by the victim as the actual perpetrator increases dramatically, despite being wrong… the train of thought is why would the police show me an innocent person in cuffs and say something like, we got the guy, we just need you to ID him for us… people want to help and assist the police and want to find someone to punish for what happened to them, and sometimes, its the wrong person, even with an eye witness ID'ing them…

one fun thing I experienced back at university decades ago, was a professor who taught us a critical lesson on this matter… one day as usual we were all standing around talking before taking our seats in class, professor walks in and we slowly migrate to our seats, meanwhile someone runs in and for a few brief seconds wrestles the briefcase out of his hand and runs off out the other door, while we all stand around with the deer in the headlights look at what just happened… he then asks us to describe the person in a piece of paper, and don't talk to anyone, he then has us hands all those pieces of paper up front… later on someone comes walking in with someone in cuffs to our classroom (we didn't make the connection he never reported the crime, so how on earth would police have caught the guy), they asked all of us if this was the guy, and we were almost all unanimous in agreement that was the guy… I mean why else would police bring someone cuffed in front of us and ask us if this was him…

the professor then had them uncuff what turned out to be one of his grad students… he then started reading the pieces of paper of what we thought the person looked like… wow were we off by leaps and bounds as a group, and almost nobody came close to what the person was wearing, after he read all the descriptions out, he had the other grad student who was the actual person who took the briefcase come into the room… and then compared that to the consensus we drew from all our horrible descriptions, once again we were wildly off on the real description… that day I learned more than any other day about what we think we see, what we want to see, and how great an impact that could have on the justice system when people who are convinced they know what they saw, were wildly inaccurate, and how that could lead police to arresting and ultimately convicting the wrong person… just because they don't find what they stole, doesn't mean that person won't spend thousands of dollars and risk years in prison because your eye witness identification was wrong… its why they established rules and procedures on how someone can be identified, but the field ID's are still flawed, because its the same old premise, that the witness isn't inherently flawed in their desire to help the police catch someone, anyone, even if its an innocent person ultimately…

  5. that cop is getting all fired up to tell you something . i see a light on bike , looks like a illegal stop . great job . 7 or 8 cops for a nonissue
