  22. Ricky is that homeless people, living in those tents. I come from a small town in Tx. cant believe what I saw. One of the wealthiest cities in America, and people living in those conditions. Really sad, breaks my heart. Stay safe .

  40. I think you are going a bit over the top on THIS one. They just told you that they were not riding the train, so why would they have to pay. They are working at and stationed to be at that location. That would be bogus shit if a cop had to pay to be stationed at the same place he has to work. Now what they are doing there and what work they are actually really conducting is a whole other topic.
