In Melbourne Florida at the Harriette / Moore Justice Center Judge in drug court has made the decision to remove two quiet, observing and exercising their first amendment rights to film in public spaces. The judge asked the defendant if he wished to be recorded after citing that this is a public hearing, public building. She decides to kick both of us out for the cameras rolling.

Rogue Nation and JMA went out to do some audits. I was acting as backup for RN and covering a second angle for safety. The man in plaid decides that RN was filming him even though he wasn’t a discussion ensued and it ended peacefully, well we left and the guy stayed.

  21. Public court, anyone can attend. That settles it as far as I'm concerned. Cameras should be allowed in courts. All police body camera should be available at a very inexpensive cost, perhaps online for free.
