Last night I went back to the city of Irwindale, also known as the City of Scandals.
it is obvious exactly what is taken place. Rudy Campos don’t like me and is willing to abuse his position of power to maliciously write tickets to target my property and my class A license. Kepp in mind this is the 2nd time the very same group of chomos took my property the first time.
I paid the fees then, and met al requirements for the release of my property. There has been no change in my license status. Rudy Campos willfully, knowingly, with the malicious intent to deprive me of due process and the right to secure my property , committed perjury by falsifying information on City Citations.
Rudy states: “You are driving out of class. You don’t have proper endorsements.”
misleading the fact that scooter is not required a specific CLASS DRIVERS LICENSE. Rudy Campos cites me for 12500 (a) VC “_driving on a suspended license._”
Rudy also willfully, intentionally, and knowingly hid facts and information pertaining to the legal vehicle description. Citing me as if I were riding an actual motorcycle and not a motorized 49cc scooter.
