  2. He needs to get All and I mean all communications of emails and cell phones of the whole ENTIRE period of time of his ordeal Up to the pre tail date ! There is more than means the eye here Also investigate the relationship between everyone involved ! Demand the name of security guard . If they don’t give up that info file a separate lawsuit

  3. It should be illegal for any police office to respond to any kind of medical call.

I'd have to check local laws but pretty sure having the police to call and make threats because you are being refused service is illegal.

  4. Wake Up Sheeple… you are not Free! It is all an Illusion to keep you under control! That should make you so proud… stand up tall and march down Main Street Waving Old Glory and singing the Star Spangled Banner! Baaa Baaa Baaa

According to Our Government: Spying, Violence, Lying, Extortion, Theft, Murder, & Corruption of Any Kind is Unacceptable in our Society… Unless the Spying, Violence, Lying, Extortion, Theft, Murder, & Corruption is Perpetrated by the Government!

The Beatings Will Continue… Until Your Compliance Improves… the Government wants good Obedient Slaves! Privacy, Freedom, & Liberty is VERBOTEN!

The Government hates Free Thinking & Critical Thinking! Back the Blue and get your Beating Too!

The Cops/Government has a POLICY and NO Accountability… You pesky citizens have the LAWS and Just-Us!

  5. Apparrently the City doesn't follow the Constitutional First Amendment the right to redress grievances to their Government.
So Kips and Jennifer have conspired under colour of law…..hope they get the ultimate penaly

  6. I'd like to point out to people, the second you mention lawsuit, especially to the city attorney, their typical response is going to be NO response until you force paperwork of some sort to respond to… they do this because they know the average person can't afford an attorney to follow through, and you will eventually just go away or they will attempt to intimidate you with legal threats to do so knowing you can't afford an attorney to sue you likely can't afford one for a criminal defense… classic government…

  7. Every time I see and hear a cop on a video like this. It tells me why the Vikings were so successful throughout history. Think about it. Vikings used brute strength, intimidating tactics, and harassment, to pound their victims into submission. Well, it seems our modern-day cops are the new Vikings. They routinely use brute force against civilians. They use intimidation tactics to force people to confess to crimes they haven't committed. And finally, their main job responsibility is to ensure the system stays the same.

  8. All this ServAnts Don't Give A Fhuck About People's Rights Or The MoralTruth. They Only Concern About Their Egos Authority They Only Committed A Criminal Crime Acts Against "We The People" For Pay Check And Pensions From Taxpayers.

  9. What's up with the narrator audio? It sounds like James Freeman used a voice changer because the Cadence and word choice sounds identical to him and at the end of certain words it almost sounds like the voice changer drops off and you can hear his voice. So James did you use a voice changer or is this a relative of yours? I'm a little confused

  10. U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISION – “All codes, rules, and regulations are for government authorities ONLY, not human/Creators in accordance with God’s Laws. All codes, rules and regulations are unconstitutional and lacking due process…” – Rodriques v. Ray Donavan, U.S. Department of Labor, 769 F. 2d,1344, 1348 (1985).
“The Supreme court has warned, “Because of what appears to be Lawful commands {Statutory Rules, Regulations and Codes- Ordinances and Restrictions} on the surface, many citizens, because of their respect for what appears to be law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their rights, due to ignorance…{deceptive practices, constructive fraud, barratry, legal plunder, conversion, and malicious prosecution in inferior administrative State courts}”. – United States v. Minker, 350 U.S. 179, 178,76, S.Ct. 281,L.Ed. 185 (1956).
281,L.Ed. 185 (1956).
“The Common Law is the real law, Supreme Law of the land. The codes, rules, regulations, policy and statutes are “not the law”. (Self v. Rhay, 61 Wn 2d 261), They are the law of government for internal regulations, not the law of man, in his separate but equel station and natural state, a sovereign foreign with respect to government generally.

  11. Was this at Spectrum Health? I’m originally from the area. Years ago Blodgett Hospital, a part of Spectrum, killed my father by giving him morphine, which he was allergic to.

  12. Local box will move forward and lose and appeal it and lose again. But all the hoops you will have to jump through time and money it will drain you. City gestapos don't give a fuk

  13. Now it seems that things have changed, and not for the better. Once upon a time: Americans could call, and complain about elected officials without being persecuted for it. Now : The elected officials are nothing more than BRUTES, THIEVES,,AND LIARS SUCKING OFF OF THE PUBLIC NIPPLE (AKA TAXES).

  14. I too am asthmatic, and when I was just 17 years old I had a asthma attack so bad that I could not breathe in, only out.
I stumbled out of my bedroom and the last thing I could breathe out was "ambulance".
I then blacked out and the paramedics arrived 5-7 minutes later, while my flatmates were giving me some CPR and mouth to mouth resuscitation.
The Paramedics arrived and gave me adrenalin and shocked me with the defibrillator pack 3 times before I got a faint pulse, but the damage was done.
Some brain cells had died off and left me with short term memory loss, Epilepsy and something called Myoclonus (a form of Epilepsy).
I was in a coma for nearly 3 months, and now I live life in a wheelchair ♿️.
This video really did irritate me, as the doctors in charge of me were asking my family to shut down the machines, which would have killed me.
In January I turn 60 yrs old, and I have no regrets about my life.
Remember, whatever your problem is, there is always a thousand people who are worse off than you, so keep calm and seek help! 👍
    Cheers from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 😊👨‍🦽 🦘

  15. Calling 911 should come with a warning
⚠️ Call at your own risk ⚠️
Could cause loss of property freedom physical & mental harm & even death ☠️

  16. I do not want to sound like I'm blaming the victim — because this man was clearly victimized — but why in goodness' name did this man not get a lawyer IMMEDIATELY after he realized the negligence of the hospital? There are law firms that would salivate to have this case.

  17. Hospitals are becoming more nerve wracking than prisons.. I’ll never go to the hospital anymore for my mental health unless I’m almost dead… sometimes death is a better option than being scared to death

  18. This is the next level! Screw the lowly dull order followers such as the blueshitstain club…..the real players are the comfortable cowards making moves unseen. Ever wanna test that fact; call up your local district attorney office with legitimate law violations/grievances, then when they dismiss you show up and make written notice. Press the issue a bit and see how fast a "victim" is whipped up…..now reverse the idea and let's get back to those crappy public servants you originally called about, are they the least bit concerned about that real issue at the moment? Really wanna rustle some feathers of cowards in public positions? Public record request their personnel file once….be prepared for that shitstorm 😬
