29. You forgot to say something about how dangerous it was to park like that due to the cross walk. Between the flashing lights in people eyes and the car blocking on coming cars from seeing people that is a bad place for a cop to park.

33. She says she's gonna trespass him because it's a lie that works 95% of the time. Most homeless folks or panhandlers hear "trespass" and immediately pack up and leave. It was a bluff, and Jeff raised it, which is why they just mucked their cards and walked away.
