5. Budget assessment time. They needed to waste a bunch of cash in order to go over last years budget. That way they can request a much larger budget.
   One of the better paying jobs that requires a minimal amount of schooling. Comes with excellent benefits , job security, and pension. Even if you are repeatedly found to be doing the job wrong or making mistakes qualified immunity, the thin blue line gang, and the union will not only protect you but ensure that you continue to advance.
   As a Canadian I find it incomprehensible to figure out all the different agencies you have . Here we have the RCMP which has jurisdiction across Canada then major cities have a police force. We have sheriffs but they are for corrections. US claims to be ruled by constitutional law, yet by what I hear, it seems ever two-bit town can have their own laws, which end up being in violation of constitutional law. I just don’t get it. If travelling for 10hrs you go thru 6 towns , you could be perfectly legal in the town you originated in, but could have numerous charges by time you reach your destination.

28. I always ask my five year old, great nephew: “Do you have video”, he says no, “Do you have pictures”, he says no, “Do you have witnesses”, he says no. Then I say, “No video, no pictures,no witnesses, it never happened”. This is usually after I mess up his hair or scratch the top of his head. Now he’ll get his phone or the tablet my husband lets him use and try to get video. I let him get video once and he was so excited! ❤️
